2025年7月26日　夏の里山　ご報告

 

天気は晴れ  朝は涼しい長野ですが、9時ころになると気温が上がります。

現地の気温は30℃。暑い夏の日です。

ひまわりの花が咲いています。 

3組7名のご参加でした

今回は、まるで大人の夏休み

 The weather is sunny and cool in the morning in Nagano, but the temperature rises around 9:00 am.
The temperature there is 30 degrees Celsius. It is a hot summer day.
Sunflowers are in bloom. 
Three groups of seven people participated. 
This time, it was like a summer vacation for adults.

 

１，スイカの収穫　　Watermelon Harvest

 

 

２，じゃがいも3種掘り 　potato harvest

　＜スコップでの掘り方を講習、みんなで順番にスコップやクワを使いました。紫の芋、赤い芋、白い芋…どれも個性的＞We learned how to dig with shovels, and everyone took turns using shovels and spades. Purple potatoes, red potatoes, white potatoes... all unique

 

 

 

３，夏野菜の収穫  Harvesting summer vegetables

　きゅうり、ナス、ブルーベリー 

４，畑でランチ　　lunch

　メニューは

おにぎり2種（辰野産のお米、自家製カリカリ梅、屋台風コーン）、きゅうりの味噌漬け、茹でトウモロコシ、キャベツとタラの浅漬、摘みたてブルーベリー 、採りたてスイカ

2 kinds of rice balls (Tatsuno rice, home-made crunchy ume plum and stall-style corn), miso-pickled cucumber, boiled corn, pickled cabbage and cod, freshly-picked blueberries, freshly-picked watermelon

 

 

５，山椒味噌づくり  sansho miso experience

　新鮮な山椒をすり鉢でゴリゴリゴリゴリ…香りの豊かな山椒味噌が出来上がります。爽やかなパンチのある山椒味噌です。

 

 

 

 

 

 

６，お絵かき  drawing

　今回の参加者はみなさん、クリエイティブ。思い思いに体験をイラストにしてくれました。 

 

 

 

　日頃、クーラーの効いた部屋でお仕事、体を動かすのは通勤時のみ、なんてことしていたら、汗をかきません。里山で、農作業して、汗かいて、食べたスイカの美味しかったこと。大人にこそ、里山遊びが必要〜！と思いました。
